Refund & RETURN Policy

Astro Anand takes the utmost care to process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline.

Case 1: Double transaction or wrong amount entered: –Request mail required to be sent to in**@********nd.com mail ID with a valid reason. After verifying the details of the transaction and justifying the reason with respect to the gift acceptance policy, the amount as received is refunded and the transaction charges shall be borne by the concerned donor. The said process completes within 30 days of the date on which ‘the request mail’ has been received.

Case 2: If any transaction is cancelled by the user during the processing period and the amount is not credited to the account of the Sansthan but has been debited from the user account:- Astro Anand is not at all responsible for a refund for the same. The matter has to be resolved by the user with their bank/merchant. The Organization shall resolve the matter up to the extent of its limit. For this, the donor is kindly requested to email their concern at in**@********nd.com.
Case 3: Strict No Return & No Refund Policy for Spiritual Products Please note that the Shri Surya Lakshmi Yantra is a sacred, spiritual item. Before dispatch, each Yantra is specifically energized (Pran Pratishtha) through authentic Vedic rituals. Due to the religious and personalized nature of this product, All Sales Are Final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is successfully placed and dispatched.
Case 4: Regarding Transit & Damages: Our Yantras (both laminated and copper editions) are non-fragile and are packed with multi-layer, highly secure packaging to ensure 100% safe transit. Since the risk of transit damage is virtually zero, we do not entertain return or replacement requests citing physical damage.
